Leadership

Mike Boyce - CEO

Mike has been working with gas turbines for over 30 years. He has deep expertise in the custom design of control systems, power plant optimization, and vibration analysis. He spent six years at Stewart and Stevenson as a Senior Control Engineer, where he developed the controls for the LM 6000 DLE and LM 2500. He also designed GE's test facility for the LM 6000 series turbine plants. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.

Sean Daichman - VP & CFO

Sean has worked with BTEC for over 20 years, first as a member of their largest shareholder, the WEDGE Group. His early career includes: managing a $30 million specialty chemical business at Shell Oil, serving as a controls engineer and operations manager at Solvay Polymers, and managing a small drilling engineering firm with global operations. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University, as well as an MBA from Harvard.
